With day 2 of the Olympics coming to an end in a few hours and only one medal won so far by team GB, they’ve left us wondering if they have any tactics for winning the finals?
Congrats to Armitstead for winning silver in the women’s road race this morning and putting GB on that medal table. If only China and the USA could slow down a bit while we catch up!
Good luck to all remaining athletes including Rebecca Adlington, defending her title in the 400m freestyle tonight at 8.15pm, Tom Daley and diving partner Peter Waterfield in the Men’s Syncro 10m Platform tomorrow at 2.55pm, and our fantastic gymnastics team including Louis Smith and Beth Tweddle, part of the strongest Olympic gymnastic team we’ve had in years.
Also, good luck to non-GB Usain Bolt (brilliantly named) and Michael Phelps, both amazing Olympians, surely these two are unbeatable?
